Womens Tour

The Women's tour of Britain passed through Kineton this morning - on a good day for cycle racing.  The local school came out to see the race and probably enjoyed the police bikes more - plenty of flashing blue lights, sirens, horns and generally winding the children up :-)

They had started in Atherstone in the North of the county and had been through Warwick before turning back towards the finish in Leamington via Edge Hill and Avon Dassett. 151km, the longest stage this year.   My main blip is the two leaders,  they were quickly followed by the peloton (in the extras) who were not at all far behind.
