Taxi Drive Past in Barcelona

Not a technique I've really used here in Barcelona but it came to my rescue as I came from a work session en route to meet DD for dinner. L'illa is the shopping mall just a few minutes walk from our home.

Great excitement in our household last night as we moved into furniture moving mode and made a significant redistribution in our main living area; and all between the hours of 1am and 3am! Act when the spirit takes you, as they say!

For anyone who's been here, the dining table is now parallel to the main stretch of kitchen units leading to the first French window set with two chairs either side and one on each end, and there is now a cosy a deux sitting/reading area where the table used to be below the banister rail!

The place seems bigger and DD is, so far, very delighted that an idea she has been pushing for the last eight years is now in pilot mode!
