Aurora Public School (1886)

It has been a long time since this building was a public school. This High Victorian is now the Aurora Cultural Centre - home to many wonderful events. A late great Canadian prime minister, Lester B. Pearson, went to school here as a boy. Many other schools have since been named after this Nobel Peace Prize winner.
