spread your wings and fly

This juvenile peregrine was born between May 1st - 3rd and is now flying like the best of them. Landing is however still a bit more tricky as you can see in the 1st extra. The juveniles are easily ID from the adults by the markings running down the body whilst the adults markings run across the body, 2nd extra and the last extra is a nice view of all 4 juveniles coming together on top of the mill. I guess they still feel safer as a group.

This morning's visit to see the peregrines will be the last for a week or so as we are off on a big family holiday on Sunday, viva Espana.
