Cloudburst dodging

Sent giles to pick up fish and chips while we scampered along the river quickly. It was hammering rain in the next village. Got back dry, and shared a jumbo portion. Appetite has shrunk again already. At least I know that it's temporary, I enjoyed such a good, normal week last week, good to know that it's not endless. I actually forgot about my baldness this morning, wrapped my head in a towel as usual. Laughed outloud when I realised.

Managed over four hours at work, it's busy and it flew by. Helped by lunch and flowers delivered by a very considerate colleague who has stepped in to cover my normal hours. Lush.
