Nina's grade A dish

Nina has been in a spot of bother at school recently, especially in her Catering class! I'm pleased to report that she seems to be making a real effort, and today she made a dish which she had to devise herself. It was a prawn pasta bake and she was awarded an A grade from Mrs John the teacher.
We had it for dinner this evening and very nice it was too. Her Dad also needs a mention as he helped her yesterday evening cook a practice dish which I'm sure helped a lot.
