Tip Top Customer Service

A 10:00 appointment at our mobile suppliers high street shop was approached with a little trepidation, expecting to have to navigate the usual price plan and handset jungle .
Samantha and I were to be pleasantly surprised to find the manager of the store free and waiting for us.
An hour and fifteen minutes later i had two handset upgrades, two new and improved price plans, a 6th generation i-pad, all insured and two years worth of insurance refunded! I now pay less per month for the new and upgraded family tech than I did before I went in. 

A family 'scare' caused no small panic around lunch time but fortunately we caught up with Mark and he is unhurt.
grateful for small mercies.
