Vulnerable

I have taken the news of my friends wife passing away a little hard this week. His wife was Diagnosed with Breast cancer about the same time as Marie was Diagnosed with Bowel Cancer, one of my running friends said and thank you Sharon that I am appreciating how vulnerable we are. This is so true. Cold and Damp and thick Pea Soup all day today. This afternoon I had a coupe of prints done and gave this one to my friend, I shot this on the Bay last September. see my extra
