Excuse Me

Decided to have a Park Run at Dalby this morning. Rather damp to begin with but cheered up before the start so I was able to run without the incumbrance of a waterproof.

Enjoyed the run and was encouraged to run faster at the end by another runner who tried to overtake me. Glad she did as I managed a PB.

A walk with Jet this afternoon. Encountered this young bird who checked us out before flying off.
