I walked for 3 and a half hours today...I don't know how far I walked but my muscles really ache, especially as I then went straight to the supermarket and did a shop afterwards.  Then I caught up with my Mum - she is now off the chemo, but only last week.  She doesn't know yet how she is....

I loved this one!

Loads more here and it was a very difficult bliip decision tonight!

Have you noticed I am now a 'manual' blipper :):)
