Inside the white tulip

This is the inside of one of the white tulips from the bouquet I got for retiring. I had a bunch of okay shots today without anything special, so I ended up grabbing the desk lamp and shoving the bouquet underneath and trying some photos.

I started physical therapy today for a very sore hip. The good news is that it appears to be a frozen hip, like a frozen shoulder and it is very susceptible to cures like exercise, walking and physical therapy without need of surgery. I got 6 pt appointments with an option for 6 more.

Today I am grateful for the day I was given, family, friends and pets.
