BC’s tolerance for the cold water never ceases to amaze to. A morning lap, followed by an impromptu BBQ breakfast (about 100 sausages, 24 rashers, and 2 dozen scrambled eggs) at Sandycove was just the tonic for him. Lunch with the family, home for a quick nap and a walk with Mowgli before heading out again. The traditional pint in The South County and Indian takeaway to bring back to the house rounded the day off nicely.
