If you go down to the woods today....
Daughter Number 1's care package appeared to help. She had a great nights sleep and woke up without tears which was great.
We made our way up to the Annual Winnersh fete near reading in support of my niece and nephews local community. We always do really well on the Bottle tombola and this year was no acception with my Step mum winning a bottle of champagne for a quid!
After lashings of burgers, cakes and icecreams and spending my pocket money on home made Bears, made our way back to my step mums for a curry while Mr W put himself to good use by building her garden furniture she bought of groupon.
Sadly my 10 year nephew tried his hardest to ruin the afternoon with his dreadful behaviour and I tried really hard to keep my work hat off!!!! But he soon settled once Emily had him focused on a board game. See - who needs a Playstation!!!
We then got stuck on the motorway on our way home for an hour due to an over turned vehicle that had literally just happened. Diespite the 3 fire engines, 3 ambulances and 5 police cars, I don'tt hink anyone was seriously injured but please people, DO NOT GET OUT YOUR CARS AND GO GAWP AT THE POOR PEOPLE!!! The gantry sign then said 'please return to vehicle'. First time I have seen that before!
So here am I with my 2 bears I bought. They are hand made by a resident of a Specialist Dementia Care home called Abbeyfield in Winnersh who had sadly recently died. They are beautiful and I would have bought the lot of I had the cash on me. Emily also snuck me a 3rd so thats' a full family I have now.
So, how much do you think each of there Bears are?? Fully mobile arms and legs with individually stitched faces???
