Fourteenish kilogrammes of shop spread across the double pannier are no impediment to riding once I'd stopped trying to carry a bottle of juice in each bottle cage, but a seat which has slipped slightly is. On the way to work it tilted too far forwards, so was corrected for the ride home, but then slipped again on the way to the shop later on, when I had no tools.
