Another day, another beard

..or two, if you look in Extras.

Actually, I wished I could post both shots side-by-side as these two stonemasons were having a jokey conversation.  Everyone was still working hard finishing off their pieces, but the atmosphere seemed more relaxed and it showed on their faces.  This one is Thomas Stainer (I'm not sure where he's from) and the one in extras, Christian Sullivan from Salisbury Cathedral

If you've had enough of stonemasons, I wouldn't blame you, I hadn't meant to blip from here today and was walking past to get to the river, but I couldn't resist stopping for a few minutes.  And for those of you who would have liked to see another of the female masons, I'm sorry, I tried, but the only fault with the event was that the marquee was too small (as I told a volunteer who asked what I thought) so getting in a blipworthy place for some of them was impossible.
