Flowering on our side

I'm getting so mixed up with my days. I could have blipped this for Flower Friday yesterday.

A blip to record the flame tree flowers which are now blooming on our side of the tree, so I can see lots of red from where I sit in the living room. It's nice!

A quiet day that just seemed to vanish. There was talk of going out but it didn't happen. I had another go at trying to find a way to watch these World Cup matches at home but it is challenging beyond words. I won't bore you with details.

The day ended with a shawarma from the local Lebanese whilst watching the Croatia/Nigeria match with Arabic commentary.
