Lovely evening

It was an odd day as it has rained sporadically most of the day, albeit not that heavy. It’s the most rain we’ve had for about 2 months. However, the evening was really lovely, so we went down to Cramond to see the sunset. We had looked at the tide times and it suggested that the tide would still be in. Even though it was still more than an hour before safe crossing started, it was obvious that we could walk to the island and in fact we were practically back when safe crossing started. The blip is from near the top of the island looking to the Pentlands, and the extra is the sunset at the Cramond end of the causeway.
