Two Dads

Mr S and Treekeeper, two superdads.

Mr S requested Burmese pork and pumpkin stew from the Burma SuperStar cookbook, and we spent a good part of another overcast day cooking up a feast. I still have not perfected coconut rice, which seems like it should be pretty simple, but it's not; my proportions must be off, even though I followed the book to the letter. The stew, however, was fab and the house smells really really good.
