Stockholm

After leaving the ship and checking in at our hotel we had time to have a wander around the historic centre of Stockholm. This was an area we had not visited previously. We wandered the streets and stopped for lunch. The restaurant was chosen totally at random but turned out to be a very good choice. Not cheap of course, and not for the first time in our visit to Stockholm the waiter apologised for the prices knowing they are rather steep for impoverished Britons!
