Horse and her foal

I noticed this new born foal yesterday, so I rang the owner up this afternoon and asked if I could take some photo's of it. The owner told me that the foal was about two weeks old.

Now, I'm not really a horse fan, in fact I don't know anything about horses, but this mum and her foal are absolutely beautiful. They both came over to me and let me pat them. So very friendly, the mum got so close to me that she would have licked the camera lens if I had let her. Just so delightful.
