Natural Blues

A slightly hazy pic of the lake taken on our walk this evening, but I like the feeling of expanse.
Physio this morning. Not sure that I really notice much difference, but am sticking to the various exercises and stretching proposed.
Getting quite hot - good to be able to swim in the lake this evening.
