Sutton Poyntz

Today we met up with the Wayfinders group from church for coffee and cake up at the Jailhouse cafe at Portland prison. It sounds a bit odd but it’s a lovely cafe where some of the ‘inmates’ are learning new skills. Unfortunately it is closing down at the end of the month. Lovely to meet up with this group and to get to know them a bit better.

This afternoon we went to Sutton Poyntz - at the far end of Weymouth. What a beautiful area with its own mill, stream and lovely looking pub - we will be back!
Lovely evening with Jenny and Martin having a meal at the Fat Badger.
