Acupuncture

First of all - what a terrible, out of focus photo, sorry. It was very tricky to hold phone/camera over my shoulder to take the photo of the scar area on my back, especially as my hand/arm had needles in too!

Had second acupuncture session today. Thirty three needles today - when I asked if this was the usual sort of number, the nurse told me that the acupuncturist usually uses around ten! So I guess I need quite a lot.

Still hoping this will help my pain levels. I certainly felt a bit energised when I left the clinic. Tired now a few hours have gone by.
