Dividing line!!

Here we have Calderdale Council at their best...they've spent many a month filling in pot holes and trying to restore the collapsed road side on Green Lane - one of my favourite valley roads to walk or cycle.

This week they've completely torn up the left over surface and replaced it with the most beautifully smooth tarmac! Wow!

Downside? It is so funny that Corporal Lane, also entirely collapsed, remains untouched. However, what a treat to see this new surface!
