In my garden

These fungi have appeared on one of our beech trees. Great for a blip, but what a tricky job it proved. I had to use the horizontal bar on the tripod with the camera pointing vertically upwards to show the light coming through the gills. It took me ages and then the drizzle started! I am very pleased with the result so it was worth it.

Packing today for Photo Club trip to the Peak District tomorrow. Also made the Shepherd's Pie which is my contribution to the shared food for the trip.
