Ukinsetter View
The winds have calmed a little, but still breezy. Mostly a sunny day, with the odd cloud passing over. There was a couple of quick light showers too.
Another day working in the museum office. Plenty more scanning to get on with and keeping me busy. I did a few hours on the desk in the afternoon. A barbeque for tea, and then a quick dash to work an early shift in the pub. More walkies with Sammy later.
Met up with mam at lunchtime, and we headed for a walk. I met Dr Cleminson last week, and he told me to go have a look at his house, if Clive Jamieson was about, and he was today. I first blipped this house in a derelict condition, roof was falling off. Since then, it almost finished it full renovation. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the views are stunning. Wish more folk would put love and care into these old abandoned crofts. Mam and Clive enjoying the view. Clive is Dr Cleminson's son-in-law. Taken at Ukinsetter, Cunningsburgh.
