Splish Splash

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I had a word with myself yesterday about being in a ‘no running funk’ and with my new resolve, I was in the swimming pool at 5.30 am doing my best Flipper the dolphin impression.

I was feeling very smug as I got out of the pool. This ended quite quickly when I got in the shower and felt the side of my neck stinging with a chlorine rash. I felt I had to explain it at work after I caught a couple of people glancing. It looks like I have been trying to relive my teenage years*.
