New rose

This is “Tranquility “, my new rose, just fully out. It is the only white rose we have and it is the right time of year to enjoy its glow in the long summer evenings.
Today I went to Clark’s village in Street with two WI friends. On the way we were held up by re-surfacing of a rural B road, so as soon as we arrived we headed for a strong coffee!
Browsing the outlet shops, I resisted the lure of a new handbag at the Radley shop, bought some little things for grandchildren....... Soon it was time to meet up for lunch at Prezzo - we sat outside as it was just warm enough. Apart from the shopping, we had a good chat and plenty of laughter was shared!
