That’s My Boy

Very proud of my son doing his first triathlon today. We both took part. I was in an earlier wave.
It was a tad windy for sure. So much so that that only a few waves completed the swim. I managed to. When it came to Alex’s it was shortened. After that it was stopped.
Felt the wind on the bike along the sea front too. Alex has a new fancy, expensive bike. Boy does it go. I think I could do with a bike like his.
The run was tough as it was again along the seafront. Flat but against the wind it wasn’t fun.
Anyway my son did really well. proud of him. I finished. Hope it’s the first of many for him.
