Common Blue on Purple Milk Vetch

We went to the Teesmouth Nature Reserve at North Gare this morning with the Natural History Group. We didn't see any orchids as it was probably too dry this year but there were skylarks singing, lots of other wild flowers, common blues and a cinnabar moth.

One of the things I, and others, enjoy about this area is seeing all the industry with a backdrop of the Cleveland Hills and the dunes and Teesmouth in the foreground. I have added some extras.
