Early Morning - OMG!!!

I never get up early but this morning when my other half went off to work I followed him (04:30hrs!!!) Mad I know but I had this idea that the poppy field near home would look great with the sun rise however little did I think that perhaps the poppies wouldn't be open because there was no sun and also the sun came up over to the left i.e. further East than I thought - in other words it looked really good in my head but not at all good in real life.  Murphy was happy to see me back so soon therefore I took him for a walk instead, with the camera but without my glasses so I couldn't see if what I had actually taken of the sunrise was in focus until I got home!!!  Not my best photos but hey-ho.  I think there are a few lessons to be learnt here :-)
