Thursday

Feeling so low and numb today. 

The local park now has a new coffee van . Sat under a sun umbrella attached to table and chairs they provided with a coffee after work.  I did take my book but I couldn't concentrate. 

Tonight, on my own, I am on the verge of tears, thinking.
