Bag 'em!

No red-tailed tropic birds overhead today, and no one on the fishing ledge,  but I did spot this fellow down on an adjacent ledge.   Looked like he was spear fishing, but that didn't make sense.   Then I saw a small net bag at the end of his pole (instead of the rubber loop) and he must use the other pole to prod things into the bag (perhaps crabs?).   He explored the edge using the poles like above, going into crevices.  Couldn't figure out all that wraparound (laces?) on his shoes either.
