Autumn Path

Very wet and miserable today but having hit a new low with a picture of an iron yesterday an outside shot had to be taken! On our second walk of the day we ventured down to the park but it was so horribly dull and damp we were the only nutters out, so wandered around on our own - Inez and Coco no friends! Only thing to do was to try and take some autumnal shots but the sky was rather gray and the light very flat, picture quality was not help when, camera in hand, I bent down to take something out of Coco's mouth and she placed a muddy paw on the camera lens! Instant reaction, wipe lens with glove - equally muddy not to mention a little fibrous (thought I'd just made that up, but checked and it is a real word - made of fibres). Anyway don't think the lens will ever be the same again so all future bad shots shall be blamed on Coco and her muddy paw. Other than a muddy camera we actually had a lovely walk and with no one to lead her astray or distract her Coco stayed off lead for longer than usual and became very adapt at stopping and waiting for me to catch up when I called - who said that pup was couldn't be trained! Home and she still had to jump up onto the kitchen table, never mind, one thing at a time!
