An active day today, mostly in the house. Getting rid of cobwebs, hoovering the whole house, groceries shopping. Making two appointments: one with a banker to open a business account, one with a lady I met at a meeting last week who is managing a network of local businesses with a view to develop local business. I'll see how I can find my own place in the organisation.

Before that, my hour of meditation in the shape of photography. Just seeing - no thinking - and trusting my knowledge of my camera to give justice to the beauty in front of my eyes.

A welcome return to quietness after yesterday's excitement.
