Had a traumatic day - Day Centre which we've been visiting once a week for a few weeks have just said they're not providing 1:1 even though I and his social worker were under the impression they were for his suctioning needs.  I'm not speechless just disbelieving that a young person who has very complex life threatening needs could be thought ok to go in a group with low staffing levels.  Another fight coming my way I think.  Why is getting services so hard?????
