'My' Circle

The AMP Fall 2017-18 Program of IESE Business School culminated in their graduation today. I've lead the creation of their Executive Circles - deeply connected personal advisory boards that will hopefully endure for the rest of their lives. This is 'my' circle . . . one of four . . . along with their family members attending the ceremony. We have our first virtual session on 24th July and that will launch them into a sequence of connecting for 90 minutes every 4-6 weeks for the rest of their lives.

The proposition (well proven) is that deep connections lead to deep exploring (without fear or inhibition) which leads to great learning and great performance. It's simple to say but hard to do . . . especially, the first bit. Perhaps, for this, I am.
