Herb Garden

I created this Herb garden back in 2011, the purple flowered plant is a Chive plant all the way from the Czech republic which my mother in law brought over in 2013 in her luggage as a small (fit in your hand ) weed like baby. Over the years it's grown so big that I've had to devide it in to four and I placed them in the 4 corners of my herb garden, I may have to do that again soon as they are growing like mad. Bees love the purple flowers and I love eating the stalks which are just like Spring Onion and are super on thier own or with some mashed potatoes & butter. There you go , Czech chive onions in a traditional favourite Irish staple meal.
