If only .......

..... I could produce work as beautiful as the quilts I viewed today when visiting the National Quilt Exhibition at Sandown Race Course. It’s a lovely show, with stalls for purchases and an excellent display of a variety of quilts. The overall winner of show was the Noah’s Ark whole cloth- magnificent :)

I was very reserved with my purchases, can’t say that I wasn’t tempted on many occasions! My friend and I met up with my cousin and her friend for lunch, no purchases by that point, but able to share views on the exhibitions. :)

Round 2 purchased a few items, then headed home early - to miss the traffic at home time. A lovely day out (lots of ideas in my head now) :)
