went to the Eyne valley today to photograph some of the flowers there. Its known as 'valley of the flowers' and its a delightful place. Today I got distracted by a 'plat de jour' on arrival (well it is France and was gone midday by the time I arrived) and then spent too long photographing flowers just a few minutes from the car park. Still I managed to do their shorter suggested walk which was very pleasant. For the main photo I've used the lensbaby which I've taken away with me for the first time having been inspired by the work of Kathleen Clemmons. This is straight out of camera and very different from the same shot with similar settings taken with my 100 macro. The extra is the view from the balcony where I stayed the night at nearby Llo.
