Aquafit, Barre, Brother, High Tea & Ribfest

What a day! After teaching spin last night & bed at midnight, i was up early to teach aquafit followed by barre...home for a quick shower then we all headed downtown on the GO Train. I had a date for high tea with adopted daughter S, which was so lovely. This tea date was part of her bday gift to me. We haven't seen eachother in quite awhile so we really enjoyed catching up. It is her 31st bday in 10 days so i brought along her gift. We also enjoyed a really long walk, she is in a corporate team step challenge and is averaging walking 27k a day, which is impressive as she has a desk job and works long hours. Afterwards i met back up with my sweetie and brother for a saunter around Toronto. Once back to our home we popped in to the annual Ribfest with bands & midway. We brought home massive BBQ meat platters for them and settled in to watch a movie. Final night with my bro, taking him to the airport early in the morning for his return to the Dominican Republic where he spends most of his time.
