Old Quarry.

A cool dull start to the day, the sun has come out a few times and it has warmed up a bit too. A new walk looking for this flooded quarry our neighbour told us about, so a bit of trespassing had to be done to find it.
They are starting to build chalets on this site. There were lots of wild flowers and we saw a Heron, ducks and ducklings, Oystercatchers, and a Buzzard. We walked on signed footpaths before we had to trespass.
It was a lovely find that we didn't know about just outside our town.. I have put photo in extras.
