A view

We arrived safely at our 'home' for the next seven days after a long drive. Left Barnstaple around 7.30 am and arrived here about 5.00 pm after several comfort breaks, a delicious late breakfast and then a welcome cup of tea and crumpet at Kirkby Stephens. The weather was kind - no sun to speak of but no rain either. 
Sitting having a cup of tea in the house's garden this is what we see. 
Sadly the hay field/wildflower meadow was cut yesterday - bah humbug!
