Saturday

I was stuck in the flat until 3pm today while the first part of Cavity Wall Insulation was done. Couldn't watch tv or sleep as it was so noisy, couldn't concentrate on  a book, it was awful, my head going over and over things.

When they left I had a shower and headed out for a coffee and the supermarket. I spotted these bikes as I parked.

I can't explain how I feel,  I am struggling to remember what was said at Wednesday's appointment and that is hurting my head. I know the main stuff but it's the bits in between.
I know I won't follow through but the thoughts of living through this...
