The Kite by Guido de Constanzo

I took a group to look at the redevelopments at St Andrew's Fulham Field. This art piece hangs in front of a large glass 'wall' that created a meeting / cafe space at the West End. I am not sure that calling it 'The Kite' really gives it the stature it should command.
