Delayed!

Ryanair late arriving at Bezier airport. 4 .50pm 20 mins.late.
We watched Jennie finally board the plane at 5.20pm ( should have set off at 4.55pm)
We waited for it to set off, and we waited, and we waited.
Finally a text from Jennie. Not setting off until 8pm.they had missed their slot.
( this was the only plane at the airport at the time)
So as we had a long way to drive back we decided to set off at about 6.15pm.
Jennie said she was fine. Apparently sat next to a nice couple.
So texts back and forth from her mum, and we eventually left.
Back here at 9.20pm.
The plane finally left at about 8.35 pm.
At last she has now landed in Manchester. Back with mum and dad.
Tired. She should sleep well.
Mum says she hasn’t shut up yet!

We did manage to have a final last lunch in Marseillan. Jennie said it was the best steak she had ever tasted, so that was a nice end to the holiday.
Just a pity about Ryanair.
We understand this flight has been delayed like this many times.

How we are going to miss her next week.
It has been such a pleasure and delight to have her with us and show her round our little part of France.
A young lady we are very proud of and she is a credit to her mum and dad.
