Some terrible news yesterday; not really a thing for blip, but I want to record the day.

Not a lot of sleep and then up early to get to the first practical training day on the Enhanced Community First Responder course. Really really fascinating and just technical and active enough to keep my mind from contemplating other things.
Today we learnt to take blood sugars, to intubate an airway and a helluva lot about the respiratory system. And I passed the assessment, phew. So just 30 more online models and five more days.

We finished early enough that the human parts of Team IttH went for a wander in the wetland. The damselflies stole the show. I think we have a Large Red, Blue Tailed and an Azure.
