Day 3

Today was HOT! We have passed half way and arrived in Silleda after covering around 30km! This must be the longest I have walked in one day. A few little blisters are eased by using a walking pole now however I am struggling with heat rash down the back of my legs which have remained covered. I may have to consider a rest day tomorrow if my body does not heal overnight. But I am reminded that it is about the journey rather than completion.
