First day of my holiday! And I started it by... going to work.

Thankfully it was just to meet Gillian for a coffee, and then to pick up all of the possessions I managed to leave there yesterday.

G shopped while I was coffee-ing, so I met him afterwards and we had some food by the harbour. He’s had a sore throat for a couple of days and woke up this morning with a full-blown cold so after that we had to come home so he could have a lie down.

Spent the rest of the day washing and cleaning and looking through the bag of summer clothes from the storage cupboard.

Last weekend G made lasagne (accidentally about three times as much as intended) and this was the last portion left to eat up.
