New Dam

23rd June 2018;

When the president announced that he was going to acquire our lands in Lusangazi for an Airport, the Bishop of Mzuzu Diocese, John Ryan came to our assistance immediately and offered us a place to plant our fruit trees.

This year to date we have planted about 3 hectares of pine trees and about I hectare of Mango, on his land

This is a new dam to provide water for irrigating the seedlings particularly in the dry season which is now approaching.

This is a wonderful piece of land in the centre of Mzuzu City where we would love to be involved in its development into some type of Botanic Garden/Park or wildlife sanctuary of about 180 acres with exotic trees, plants, animals and whatever

It has huge potential and its development will depend on suitable funding and partnerships.
